Charitable Giving

As a community leader, Systel supports organizations that encourage or assist economic activity and improved quality of life. Systel has elected to refrain from providing contributions to sports teams, pageant contestants, religious organizations, etc. Systel’s polices prohibit us from making cash contributions to organizations whose funds are used to procure services from our competitors.

Systel makes two types of donations. Priority is given to our preferred method of donation, which is to make a contribution of office equipment to non-profit organizations on a low cost or no cost basis. This allows us to leverage our contribution with available matching funds from our manufacturer partners. Donations of equipment are based on the organization’s needs and Systel’s equipment inventory and availability. On occasion we may choose to make monetary donations based on the type of organization, the organization’s needs, goals and objectives and the type of project or event that the contribution will be put toward. Event sponsorships, while they may include some type of nominal advertising, are still considered in our charitable contribution process.

If you wish to submit a request for a charitable contribution, please fill out the application below and click the “submit” button at the bottom of the application. This information will be automatically forwarded to our marketing department for consideration. Our management committee reviews contribution requests on an annual basis, normally on or before December 1.
