Customer Support Representative

Location: Fayetteville, NC

Description: Provide support to service technicians, branch managers, service managers, sales representatives, and customers.

•Provide support by answering all incoming service and supply calls for the all company branch locations using various forms communication.
•Place outbound calls to customers as necessary.
•Enter data to include:
oSupply orders
oMeter readings
oService calls
•Responsible for maintaining service technicians call sheet.
•File customer support documents.
•Input all customer orders, dispatch service technicians and post all service orders.
•Run required reports to include, but not limited to:
oDaily and weekly meter reports
oOpen call reports
oDispatch technician report
oPrint and mail meter cards
oIncoming call report
•Audit @road hourly reports.
•Perform other customer support duties as directed by department manager.

Qualifications:
High school diploma or GED. Good clerical skills to include: typing speed of 40 wpm; computer experience, strong people skills; customer service experience, professional telephone communication and be multi-task oriented.
