Sales Support Administrator
Location: Fayetteville, NC
Description: Provide sales support to the Corporate Office and Regional Offices by performing the following:
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
•Promote Systel with a positive attitude, professional conduct and professional appearance at all times.
•Act as liaison for the Sales Force and the Corporate Office to facilitate administrative sales issues.
•Correct customer demographic information in Compass and OMD
•Data Entry into the Compass database for the entire company
•Assist Marketing Department in concentrated marketing efforts to include but not limited to: vertical marketing, literature ordering, telemarketing for the entire company
•Track results of marketing initiatives for the entire company
•Cross reference customer information in both Compass and OMD to help ensure accuracy for marketing initiatives for the entire company
•Research Compass accounts for up-to-date information such as addresses, phone numbers, etc. for the entire company
•Compile statistical data from the Sales Activity Reports for the CEO and Regional Managers
•Contact customers and prospective customers via telephone and email marketing campaigns for appointment setting and possible sales leads
•Other duties as assigned.
Skills Required:
1. Excellent organizational skills
2. Strong computer skills to include: Microsoft Office with heavy concentration in Excel
3. Excellent written and verbal skills
4. Ability to manage multiple priorities and tasks
5. Strong project management skills, deadline oriented
6. Outstanding interpersonal skills
Minimum Education:
High School Diploma
2+ years of experience in a sales or administrative support environment
Associate Business Degree preferred but not required depending upon experience
