We are pleased to announce that Systel has earned the Ricoh Circle of Excellence Award for 2021 across all Systel Authorized Service Locations for the eighth consecutive year. This award recognizes adherence to Ricoh guidelines, and a commitment to providing outstanding customer service and support- an honor that is earned by fewer than 5% of Ricoh Dealerships nationwide. For Systel, this award represents the fulfillment of our company's mission to provide the highest level of customer service and satisfaction in business solutions, and the continuous effort put forth by our Service Technicians for improved proficiency.
In order to achieve RFG Circle of Excellence status, the Service Technicians at each Ricoh Dealership must complete a rigorous set of tests that are designed to evaluate the magnitude of their service experience, qualification, and skills. Although many Technicians will participate in the Dealer Service Recognition Program, very few obtain Prestige Certification- the highest level of attainment for service engineers within the program. This year, Systel Service Technician, Kathryn Zweck, earned the Prestige Certification which recognizes resourcefulness, exceptional levels of knowledge, technical proficiency, and an innovative approach to problem solving.
Systel is incredibly proud of our Service Department for their commitment to providing excellent customer service and satisfaction.
