Room to Grow

Exceptional Service Expansion:  This year, Systel is celebrating the one year completion of the 125,000 sq. ft. Distribution & Service Center centrally located in Fayetteville, NC. The Service Command Center creates a much larger hub to service the needs of our customers and provides our employees with the space and resources needed to achieve success.  The completion of this expansion is one of many reasons we achieved a record year in 2015. 

Keep the momentum going

Corporate Headquarters Betterment: We are now shifting our focus to the construction of our Corporate Command Center. Another focus of ours is to better serve our customers by creating a state of the art dispatch and customer support facility within our corporate headquarters to manage all calls in real time, troubleshoot with live technicians and monitor GPS tracking on dozens of monitors streaming companywide. The target completion date for this project is December 2016. 

Expand Reporting Capabilities:  Enhancement of our reporting capabilities for overall account management for each and every customer and machines we have in the field. The expansion on reporting capabilities for meters, customized invoicing and service reporting is to closely monitor productivity and performance, ultimately reducing printing costs throughout an account.

Latest Technology and Data Security: We will continue investing in further development of our meter reporting software, Labrador, which can now be installed on a customer’s device remotely.

Saving Green Initiatives:  We are constantly seeking ways to continue to have a positive impact on our community and this year is no different.  We have a variety of programs that promote environmental protection thanks to the strong partnerships that we have with Ricoh, Hewlett Packard, Konica Minolta, Lexmark and Panasonic. 


All of these things share one common goal of providing the best in customer service and satisfaction.
