Non-exempt - 8:00 am – 5:00 pm, Monday – Friday (40 hours per week)
Summary
Responsible for the accuracy of our serialized and non-serialized inventory. Maintain our PC Database of all inventoried equipment. Handles the ordering process of items to be received from our corporate warehouse. Schedules customer deliveries, moves and pick-ups.
Description
Location: Raleigh, NC
Responsibilities:
- Maintain an accurate, daily inventory of all equipment.
- Enters into database all movement, receipts and changes of equipment status.
- Works with sales department to facilitate equipment needs and deliveries.
- Provides weekly report for sales and management on all equipment and its status and location. (i.e. demo, sold, yellow tagged, green tagged, etc.)
- Schedule the daily activity of our delivery truck.
- Responsible for the process of ordering our weekly shuttle order.
- Assist with receiving and verifying our inbound shuttle orders.
- Assist with receiving and verifying our inbound UPS and common carrier shipments.
- Handle customer inquiries and local customer orders for supplies.
- Responsible for quarterly physical invoice process.
- Check billing against the EA report to confirm inventory has been billed correctly.
- Coordinates all dealer installs for Raleigh Market and processes the paperwork accordingly.
- To assist in other areas as needed and requested by management. (i.e. cover telephones, reports, etc.)
- Works with service manager and assists with reports and daily needs.
Requirements:
High School education or equivalent. Must have excellent attention-to-detail and follow-up skills on functions and duties. Must be physically capable of moving large pieces of equipment and be able to conduct physical labor tasks as it pertains to the job responsibilities. Must be precise with numbers and have knowledge and experience using Microsoft Excel. Must have the ability to communicate orally or verbally with employees, vendors and customers.
