    North Carolina Exclusive State Contracts

With 45 years of experience as a North Carolina state contract vendor and a trusted partner of the NC Department of Defense, we offer a diverse range of multifunctional printers, production prints, and office equipment to enhance agencies' document production, distribution, and storage capabilities. 

    With decades of experience serving North Carolina government agencies and educational institutions, Systel understands the unique document technology and purchasing needs of public-sector organizations. Through established North Carolina state contracts and purchasing programs, eligible organizations can access multifunction printers, production print equipment, document management solutions, and other office technology designed to support efficient document production, distribution, and workflow.

    NC State Contract 204D (ITS-400096) provides eligible state and local government agencies and educational institutions with access to multifunction devices, printers, and other business equipment through an established state purchasing program.

    NC State Contract 920M (ITS-400095) provides eligible organizations with printing and document management solutions designed to help improve print efficiency, streamline workflows, and enhance productivity.
