    Who We Are

    Systel Business Equipment is a locally rooted business technology and copier service provider headquartered in Fayetteville, North Carolina. Founded in 1981, we’ve grown from a small copier company into a full-service business technology partner supporting organizations across all 100 counties of North Carolina and parts of South Carolina, Georgia, Tennessee, and Virginia.

    We remain proudly independent, family-owned, and committed to helping businesses work smarter with reliable technology and responsive local service.

    Where We Started

    Systel was founded on November 1, 1981 by Keith Allison in Fayetteville, NC. What began with a handful of employees and a focus on copier sales and service has evolved into a multi-location organization with 250+ employees and decades of industry experience.

    Today, Keith serves as Chairman, while his three daughters lead the company in executive roles, continuing the family-driven leadership that has shaped Systel from the beginning.

    Even as we’ve grown, our foundation has stayed the same: dependable service, strong relationships, and doing right by the customer.

    While we started in copier sales and service, the needs of our customers have changed, and so have we.
