The Pro-Tech program is designed to recognize Konica Minolta dealers who deliver service excellence at the highest level. To qualify, Systel had to meet or exceed strict criteria in areas such as technical training, inventory control, dispatch systems, performance benchmarks, and customer support processes. These standards ensure that our customers receive consistent, responsive, and reliable service every time.
